Open Browser
Navigate to https://tdl.myfile.digital
Enter Order Id
Tap 'Lookup'
Tap 'Download ZIP' to start download
Tap 'Save'
Tap location to save download
Wait for download to complete
Tap 'More' Icon
Tap 'Downloads'
Tap Downloaded Zip
Tap Folder when unzipped
Open Collection Folder

Desktop Version

Open Browser & Navigate to https://tdl.myfile.digital
Enter Order Id
Enter 'First Name'
Optionally use this toggle if have previous orders
Tap 'Download ZIP' to start download
Open your browser's download menu to confirm your file is downloading.
Review your full download history to track or locate downloaded files.
Wait for download to complete
Click the “Show in folder” icon to quickly find your downloaded file on your computer.
Select the ZIP file in your Downloads folder to open or manage it.
Right-click the ZIP file and select Open to view its contents.
Double-click the extracted folder to access the files inside your unzipped folder.

4. Tap 'Lookup'

5. Tap 'Download ZIP' to start download

6. Tap 'Save'

7. Tap location to save downlaod

8. Wait for download to complete

9. Tap 'More' Icon

10. Tap 'Downloads'

11. Tap Downloaded Zip

12. Tap Folder when unzipped

13. Open Collection Folder
